I am not sure if my issue is something I should consult a lawyer about...
There is absolutely no need to worry about that. Please feel free to consult with us first. Even if you are unsure about what the problem is, we will provide you with appropriate advice.
The issue concerns a family member, not myself. May I still consult with you?
Of course you may. However, to make the consultation as productive as possible, please bring any relevant reference materials. Additionally, if we are to formally accept the case, we will need the family member in question to come to the office with you.
Can I receive legal consultation by phone or email?
We are unable to provide legal consultations by phone or email. We ask that you please visit our law office in person for all consultations.
I am busy with work on weekdays. Can I have a legal consultation on weekends or in the evening?
We are available for legal consultations on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
I am worried about whether the fees will be expensive. Is it possible to pay in installments?
Please rest assured that we will provide a thorough explanation of the fees in advance. Depending on your financial situation, we can also accommodate installment payments.
Is there any risk of the details of my consultation being disclosed to outside parties?
The details of your consultation are managed under strict confidentiality. We will never disclose any information to outside parties without your consent, so please rest assured.
What should I prepare for my first consultation?
To make your consultation as productive as possible, please bring any relevant reference materials. For example, if your consultation is about debt, please bring documents showing where and how much you owe. If your consultation is about inheritance, please bring relevant documents such as a will.
I do not want things to go as far as a lawsuit. Can I still consult with you?
Of course. Consulting with a lawyer does not mean you are obligated to file a lawsuit. By consulting with a lawyer, issues can be organized and untangled, and in many cases, the matter can be resolved through the consultation alone. Please feel free to contact us first.
